Everything goes through the members help centre: account questions, billing, complaints, reports about other members and corrections to this website.
Account, billing and complaints
For log-in problems, payments, renewals, refunds or a complaint, contact the help centre and include the email address on your account. For a payment, add the date, the amount and the name it appears under on your statement. Never send your full card number. Log-in help and prices answer the most common questions.
Reporting a member
Tell the help centre the member's username, what happened and roughly when; screenshots help. If it involves fraud, threats or someone sharing intimate images, report it to the police too. The safety page lists who to call in each part of the UK. In an emergency, call 999.
An error on this website
If a guide gets something wrong, such as a law, a phone number or a detail about the membership, tell us through the same help centre with the page address. About Casual Mums explains how corrections are made.
Questions people ask
Is there a Casual Mums phone number or email address?
This website doesn't list a phone number or email address. Account, billing and complaint questions all go through the members help centre, which keeps your request linked to your account.
How do I stop being charged?
Cancel the renewal in the members area under Settings > Billing. You keep what you've paid for until the end of the period. To remove your profile as well, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
Someone on the site worries me. Who do I tell?
Report their profile through the members help centre with their username and what happened. If you're in danger, call 999. Fraud, threats and intimate-image abuse should also be reported to the police.
